HR RESIDENCY sits 1,411 metres - 1.4 km - from the Basilica of Our Lady of Good Health in Velankanni. On foot, that is roughly a 17-to-20-minute walk. Most pilgrims take an auto-rickshaw for a quick, inexpensive ride. The property holds a 3★ rating from 2 guests on Google Maps, making it one of the lower-rated lodges in town, though early guest feedback points in a positive direction.
Location

The address is straightforward to share with drivers, and the plus code 7J2XMRHW+5C works with Google Maps if you need to send your location to family.
Rooms and Amenities

No detailed room category or amenity data is publicly listed for HR RESIDENCY at this time. Velankanni can fill up quickly during feast season, novena periods, and long weekends, so early enquiry is advisable.
What Guests Say
HR RESIDENCY has received 2 ratings on Google Maps. There is one written review on record.
Mohamed Safiullah, who visited around five months ago, gave the property a 5-star rating and wrote: “Best lodge in velankannishrine.”
The overall Google rating of 3★ reflects a very small sample - just two ratings in total. While Mohamed Safiullah’s experience was clearly positive, the low number of reviews means there is limited information to draw broader conclusions about room quality, service consistency, or cleanliness. Pilgrims who prefer a property with a larger, more established review record may wish to compare HR RESIDENCY against other options before booking.
That said, the recent review average sits at 5★, which suggests guests who have stayed recently have left satisfied.
